Hi, I'm Dr. Beema
Dr Beema Shaji (BAMS, BCaBA, IBA), our Founder and chief consultant and the pillar of our strength, is an ayurvedic doctor, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), and an International Behavior Analyst (IBA) with more than 7 years of experience. Her experience in Ayurveda and behavior analysis had given birth to the concept of the unique incorporation of modern therapy and counseling with traditional Ayurveda and is in research of modifying this integrated approach of Ayurveda and therapies for a radical change in a child’s skill development, being the first to implement the unique approach. Dr. Beema is an international behavior analyst accredited by the International Behavior Analysis Organization, USA, and is a rank holder in ayurvedic medicine from Kerala University of Health Sciences. She has wide exposure in dealing with children and parents across India and the Middle East, specifically in Kerala, UAE, and Qatar. Her dedication to helping children with various behavioral and academic issues is a strong motivation for her team.

It has been almost two months since we have started visiting Dr. Beema's clinic for the therapy of our child.Our primary reason of choosing this facility is that all the therapies needed for our child is available under one roof.After the first few days of assessment the doctor assured us that no special medication is required, but prompt therapy sessions are needed for our child (which was not the opinion of some of the previous places we went)Now after this much time under therapy we are able to see a definite change in the behaviour of our child, in a positive way.Being said that it is not a walk in the park with Dr Beema's clinic. Doctor is very friendly, but at the same time very strict about the regularity of the sessions and the daily follow up exercises at home. We have experienced that she takes initiative for getting regular feedback from us and also from our child's teachers, so that the therapy can be modified as per the need of the situation.We found this clinic by accident, but we are happy and relieved that we have.
I can see little bit changes in my son. I hope that what he is achieved it would be sustained, and kindly do the needful. One thing I notice that, the two therapist they are wonderful and professional. They are doings their job properly compared to other therapy centers wherever I went previously. Thank you
My child has been attending speech and behavioural therapy sessions for over a month now. We can see considerable difference in the child, the way the child is interacting with us and the others. Dr. Beema and her staff are very cooperative and provides us with regular feedback and videos on the child's progress. The clinic location is easily accessible and has parking space nearby.
Dr Beema is the best option for anybody to improve the development of the child in terms of speech, behaviour, actvities and even their approach towards the society. During pandemic period even the grown up people suffered a lot as the exposure to the outside world was limited. So, most of our little ones also became very much affected. Finding out the exact reason was important in this situation which is safe in her hands. The patience of listening the parents and making them trained to manage and make them to improve the child is the most appreciating thing.
